Capetonians are really really bad at picking up after their dogs and I urge you to PLEASE scoop that poop. It is smelly, attracts flies and prompts people to put up ugly notices. 
This might prompt people to try and counteract littering on the pavements with notices telling us which bylaw the litterers are transgressing! 
In comparison, I found this dog sign on the internet. But I am not sure that our Avery Ave dogs can read as well as American dogs.
