Constantia Village Parking Vote

If you are not yet a CPOA member, we urge you to join the ConstantiaProperty Owners' Association - they have a servitude over the Constantia Village site- you will get one vote for a single membership, two votes for a household membership. The difference in subs is not great. Drop it over at the CPOA office at the Alphen Centre, Constantia Main Road, open every weekday morning. Forms are available on the CPOA website at http://www.constantiapoa.co.za/

Make your vote on 6th, 7th or 8th November, again in the CPOA office, 9- 12 noon. You can join at that time if you wish.

Constantia Village was intended to be a local community centre, not an ever-enlarging regional centre. This will attract more and more traffic to Constantia. Planning instruments point to the fact that development should take place along the Southern Suburbs Main Road corridor and further east. Constantia is not a growth node for retail and commerce. Its value is in its natural beauty and historic elements, not least to tourism.
